Drop-In Classes are the easiest way to try Ninja Nation—no commitment, no membership, just pure ninja training.
Whether your athlete is brand-new to ninja or wants to sharpen specific skills, our drop-in options let them train with expert coaches in a structured, high-energy environment. Each class focuses on the foundational movements of ninja—climbing, swinging, balancing, jumping, and problem-solving—while allowing athletes to build confidence at their own pace.
Ninja Basics
*Offered at Junior (5-7), PreTeen (8-12)
Ninja Basics is our foundational class where kids learn how to move like a ninja: safely, confidently, and with proper technique.
This is the perfect entry point for beginners or kids who want to build a solid skill base before progressing to more advanced classes.
In Ninja Basics, athletes learn:

- Proper landing and falling technique
- Body awareness and coordination

- Balance obstacles and stepping paths
- Mini vaults and beginner parkour-style movements
- Grip building through fun, low-impact drills
Strength & Confidence Building

Ninja Grit
*Offered at Junior (5-7), PreTeen (8-12), and Teen/Adult (13+) Levels*

Ninja Grit is our next-level strength and skill development class designed to build the true foundation of a ninja athlete: grip strength, upper-body power, balance, coordination, resilience, and confidence under pressure.
If your child loves obstacles, Ninja Grit teaches them how to tackle challenges with intention, technique, and a growth mindset. This class builds the physical and mental tools ninjas need to progress safely and successfully.
Core Training Focus
- Dead hangs & bar control
- Dynamic movement: swings, transfers, laché progressions

- Obstacle strategy & problem-solving
Why Ninja Grit Matters
Ninja Grit isn’t just about learning new skills—it’s about learning how to push through hard things, trust their body, stay focused under pressure, and build real confidence through repetition and coaching.
Athletes leave every class:
- Stronger
- More coordinated
- More resilient
- And more capable—both on and off the course
Ninja Grit is the perfect bridge between beginner-level classes and more advanced ninja training, preparing athletes for harder obstacles, higher-intensity movement, and future competitive pathways
Advanced Ninja
*Offered at Junior (5-7), PreTeen (8-12), and Teen/Adult (13+) Levels*
