Kid Fit

Ages 5-12

Kid Fit  is an exciting introduction to Ninja skills in a playful, active environment focused on fun! This level provides a light, engaging approach to Ninja, helping kids build foundational movement, body control, and fitness. Kid Fit  is designed to be taken as many times as desired, with continually updated curriculum and new challenges that keep kids engaged, progressing, and motivated each session.


*Kid Fit (Level1) is a Prerequisite for Kid Fit 2. To obtain approval talk to your Ninja Coach about your child's interest in Level 2 or email us at nn0501@ninjanation.com**

Kid Fit 2

Ages 5-12

Kid Fit 2 is an advanced enrollment class focused on teaching the essential techniques, flow, and fundamentals of Ninja. This level emphasizes mastering the proper form for each obstacle and improving transitions to boost efficiency and confidence on the course. Ideal for kids ready to take their Ninja training seriously, Kid Fit 2 delivers targeted instruction to build strength, precision, and control. This program prepares young athletes to navigate obstacles safely, effectively, and efficiently, helping them progress toward becoming skilled Ninja warriors!

FAQs

What is an Enrollment?

  • An enrollment is a structured 8-12 week curriculum-based class that meets on the same day, at the same time, with the same coach and peers each week. This consistent schedule ensures a commitment to progression. If you miss a week, you may not take another class to make up for the missed session.


Different Enrollments Offered

  • Kid Fit Junior (5-7)
  • Kid Fit Preteen (8-12)
  • Kid Fit 2 (5-12)
  • Athlete Fit (8+)


Benefits of Enrollments

  • They will be with the same coach and same classmates throughout the entire program
  • Cheaper than a class pack or membership
  • You will be able to see the progression each week of the program and speak with the coach
  • Gain the necessary body movement skills and strength to be successful in all other sports and in life


Other Information

  • If you miss a week, you may NOT take another class that week
  • You are only able to come to the class you sign up for, no make-ups, transfers, or credits available
  • We DO NOT offer refunds if you cancel within 7 days of the start of the Kid Fit Program


How to Sign Up for Kid Fit 2?

  • Take Kid Fit (Level 1)
  • Talk to your Ninja Coach about your child's interest in Level 2 (email nn0501@ninjanation.com)
  • Your child must pass a "test" of Ninja skills in order to gain a coach recommendation (that test can be accessed in the gym) 
  • If approved, we will register you manually
