Benefits of Athlete Fit
Strength & Endurance
Developing functional strength in upper body, core, and lower body translates to sports like soccor, gymnastics, wresting baseball, basketball and football. Strength endurance and muscular control are a big key to the athletes growth.
Grip Strength
Ninja training strengthens grip, improving control in sports like baseball, football, and basketball. It enhances bat control, ball handling, and dribbling. Exercises like climbing and swinging build hand and forearm strength, boosting performance across sports.
Balance & Agility
Navigating through various sports requires great balance. Improving your balance and quick change of direction can enhance performance in basketball, soccer and tennis.
Core Strength
Ninja training improves core strength through dynamic movements like climbing, swinging, and balancing, which engage and stabilize core muscles. Athletes develop functional strength and control as they navigate obstacles, enhancing stability, balance, and overall athletic performance.

What is an Enrollment?
- An enrollment is a structured 8-12 week curriculum-based class that meets on the same day, at the same time, with the same coach and peers each week. This consistent schedule ensures a commitment to progression. If you miss a week, you may not take another class to make up for the missed session.
Different Enrollments Offered
- Kid Fit Junior (5-7)
- Kid Fit Preteen (8-12)
- Kid Fit 2 (5-12)
- Athlete Fit (8+)
Benefits of Enrollments
- They will be with the same coach and same classmates throughout the entire program
- Cheaper than a class pack or membership
- You will be able to see the progression each week of the program and speak with the coach
- Gain the necessary body movement skills and strength to be successful in all other sports and in life
Other Information
- If you miss a week, you may NOT take another class that week
- You are only able to come to the class you sign up for, no make-ups, transfers, or credits available
- We DO NOT offer refunds if you cancel within 7 days of the start of the Kid Fit Program
How to Sign Up for Kid Fit 2?
- Take Kid Fit (Level 1)
- Talk to your Ninja Coach about your child's interest in Level 2 (email nn0501@ninjanation.com)
- Your child must pass a "test" of Ninja skills in order to gain a coach recommendation (that test can be accessed in the gym)
- If approved, we will register you manually
